DIAGNOSTIC TOOL FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION OF THE POSTURE
EVERY KIND OF MOTORIAL ACTIVITY PERFORMED IN A NOT PERFECT BODY SIMMETRY STATUS, CAN INDUCE TROUBLES.
For this reason, and regardless of the sanitary operator's discipline the patient is referring to, the disponibility of photos that scientifically show the postural asset is really useful both to check his situation and to document the evolution or the result of an eventual operation. For this purpose, has been produced a practical and punctual device for the photographic study of position and bearing. This device permits the obtainment of digital photos in 1:10 and 1:5 scale.
CARACTERISTICS AND OPERATIVE POSSIBILITIES
The conveying of the two light points (point 0), generated by special couples of laser or with-light pens, besides coinciding with the objective point, guarantees the perfect photographic distance necessary to obtain a scaled image of the subject, 1:10 for the body and 1:5 for the head respectively.
The omnidirectional gear sliding, along with the photocamera and the lighting pens, let the composition of the point 0 ( convergence) on every body zone. So, if when moving the gear from a point 0 to the opposite one (for example: right scapule left scapule, right knee left knee, a.s.o.) it will be pointed out a lighting point doubling, it will be established the presence of a hump, a flexure or a rotation.
Reassembling, with the millimetrical gear sliding, the point 0, it will be measurable the different positioning (depth) of the two points.
The rotating platform, where the patient stands, allows photographic shots on every body side and having the subject positioning in the most suitable ways for the postural analysis.
The conveying of the two light points proves the perfect photographic focusing and points out the 0 reference to value the different gap between two levels (depth).
For example: The lighting point doubling, projected on the other scapule, evidences the different distance.
